The premium level was well worth the extra couple hundred dollars and Raul Vizzuet from the Premium lounge took great care of us the entire vacation from check in to checkout. Can’t say enough about this resort and everything it has to offer. Have been to many resorts but have been here the last 5 times. Nothing else compares, I promise.”

“Superb service, excellent food. Our family of 9 arrived late after a long day of traveling, tired and hungry. The Brasserie was just what we needed. Cesar Teller, the manager, was so kind and helpful. Although they were busy, he had us seated and taken taken care of quickly. Bethesda was so kind to us. And Francisco and Yuceli were superior servers. They had our food out quickly, and were very helpful with recommendations. Can not say enough good things about the period. So, so wonderful.”
