Staff amigável, quarto impecável. Só senti falta do frigobar no quarto. Mas tem um pub dentro do próprio hotel.

As instalações o ambiente são ótimas. A fachada do hotel muito linda.

Hotel muito bom, com piscina e ginásio. Bom pequeno almoço. Rede de transportes excelentes até ao centro de Londres.

This place is in a good location. Loads of places to eat. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff were helpful. The only drawback for us personally was the travel cost into the tourist attractions. Even though it was in Zone2 you do have to take a bus back to the hotel which take the daily travel from £7.50 to £15 per day. This is not the hotels fault, but worth noting if you which to us it as a base. On a positive side the hotel do have parking at very reasonable rate of £15pd which is great for London. Overall We were very happy with our stay at the Crown.

No es mal hotel para hacer turismo por Londres. No es muy céntrico pero está rodeado de comercios y el transporte aquí es muy bueno. La habitaciones están bien. El servicio de limpieza debería mejorar, pero dentro de la normalidad.

Not the hotel it’s advertised. Expected 4 star hotel I received 1 star service and accommodations. Rooms had no A/c it was SO HOT. It’s like walking into a sauna. Very bad accommodations, lots of renovation and nothing is working. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Would not recommend staying here. I had better service at a 2 star hotel.Response to review: “not sure if you talked to a member they would have moved you” We did in fact talked to a team member the after FIRST night we had spent in the room. The hotel member told us they will move us to another room after a guests checks out and that they will save it for us when we come back from the city of London. We come back at 3 pm pack and move our things and GUESS WHAT. The person working in the morning shift did not tell the person in the night shift that a room was reserved for us to move in so they had given it to someone else!! And ALL the rooms were booked for the night. WHAT A JOKE.

Pontos positivos: Quartos amplos, limpos, staff muito simpático, café da manhã muito bom, boa localização, acesso fácil e rápido a estações de trem, onibus e metro.Pontos negativos: quartos não tem ar condicionado, um membro do staff me disse que há um projeto em andamento e que serão instalados em breve. Não fez muita diferença em nossa estadia pois é Outono, se fosse no verão seria um grande problema. Outro detalhe extremamente desagradável é que todos os dias os cartões para acesso ao quarto deixavam de funcionar, então adotamos como hábito solicitar a validação quando retornavamos ao hotel. Em minha opinião isso é inaceitável, eu sou hospede, cliente, estou usufruindo de algo que contratei e paguei antecipado, e simplesmente não tenho que ter o desconforto de soliticitar a validação todos os dias, não tenho que chegar e esperar para ser atendido para validar minha entrada TODOS os dias e obviamente NUNCA devo checar se cartão está funcionando ou não antes de solicitar isso a um membro do estaff, conforme me foi indagadado em uma de minhas reclamações. Provavelmente isso é algo muito fácil de ser resolvido, bastando que alguém que realmente se importe com o bem estar do cliente de atenção ao problema.Mesmo com esses pontos negativos recomendo o hotel, os pontos positivos superam os negativos.

El atendimien era muy bueno. Ahora las habitaciones y estructura ya no tanto. La primera noche pedí cambio de habitación ya que apareció un sonido que venían de las paredes que parecía un barco dentro de ña habitacione. No tienen aire. Sólo ventilador y hacia un ruido de muerte.

My cousin had her 70th birthday party at the Crown, which was really really lovely. The room was decorated to a very high standard and the three course meal which was served was very tasty, 3 cheers to the chef. The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming and were on hand if you needed them, absolutely fabulous👍👍. So on the whole a fantastic evening and would definitely recommend it if you want to celebrate a special occasion.👏👏👏🥂

We stayed at The Crown and had one of our worst hotel experiences to date. The hotel was shabby and tired looking, nothing like the website pictures portrayed. The bathrooms were damp which created a musky smell throughout, the carpets stained, we were unable to open windows on one of the hottest weekends of the year and the air conditioning wasn’t working.We waiting for an hour and a half to order drinks and food. The food was below average and did not reflect the price. The pool wasn't accessible. The shower mixer in one of our room didn't work and the plug sockets in our other room also didn't work.We waited an hour and a half for a taxi that never arrived and members of staff were resigned from any problems and offered no resolution whatsoever.Our whole experience at The Crown was unacceptable and this hotel should not be open at it isn’t fit for purpose.

Inside main reception the hotel looks clean and tidy. Staff very helpful couldn't fault them. The room was very dated even tho I stayed in executive suite, handle from windows came off in my hand and shower came away from wall. The room needs a complete make over.

First night in hotel was awful. The hotel looks great, cool air conditioning in the lobby. Upon entry to the rooms our group had a list of problems. We had 10 rooms, not one had a working air conditioner. A few rooms were dirty and one room had electrical issues.When the problems were sent to the front desk the group was told the hotel has new owners. However, the hotel was sold as rooms with AC. In the winter not a problem. During the humid summers, this made sleeping at night cumbersome.The staff was very nice but the hotel needs to update their website or fix the issues that need to be addressed.

Fact: a/c was not working in the rooms for most of the people in our group and we were not informed at check-in.; Rooms were as hot as 30 degrees C/86 degrees F. Face: some rooms had stand up fans provided. Fact: furniture is broken or damaged. Fact: hair dryer is hidden in the main living space in a drawer or cupboard. Fact: curtains, shower curtain, sheets were stained. Fact: bathroom was dirty with signs of mildew. Fact. Front desk did not answer the phone after 10-15 calls nor did they call me back. Fact: pool is not available to use because it is leased to another organization. Fact: the locking mechanism on the door did not prevent it from being unlocked with a card key. (I did not feel safe because the hotel does but require a key to enter the premises) Fact: you need to ask the front desk for a do not disturb sign for the door. Fact: there were dead bugs on the window “ledge” inside our room. Fact: there was no plug near the head of the bed (luckily my adapter was basically a power strip with a long cord). Positive fact: they provide bath sheets which I appreciate. These are all things that I feel they need to disclose or are within their control to fix.

Belíssimo

I booked rooms for my family and went to pay in advance. They charged my only for one night per room and they told me that everything was fine, not to worry about anything. My guests were disturbed about not having paid everything and then I had to go and have a chat with the manager. Therefore, there was outstanding money to be paid whilst I was told everything was fine. I paid for the balance and the manager apologised and gave us additional breakfasts. Overall, it is a nice hotel and the staff are very kind.

Las habitaciones amplias pero mal mantenidas, mucho ruido de la carretera y el desayuno muy repetitivo.

Hotel de 10!! Habitaciones grandes y cómodas, el baño genial!!!! El desayuno fantástico (quizás el bacon muy poco hecho para nuestro gusto, pero es solo un detalle!) las zonas comunes del hotel son fantásticas, lujosas y cálidas. El bar genial, tanto el personal (sobretodo la camarera morena, un sol!!!) y la comida muuuuuy abundante y buena! El personal de recepción muy atento!!! Nos hemos sentido como en casa!! Además muy bien situado, con una parada de bus delante del hotel que en 5 paradas te deja en el metro (línea gris). Perfecto!!

La mejor cama en la que he dormido. Ideal relación calidad precio. Si no te importausar transporte público, un hotel genial para una visita a Londres

Un buen establecimiento en general. En el chek in solicite cambio de habitacion ya que la primera estaba en un sótano y con bastante olor de humedad pero la que me dieron después era correcta, amplia y bien, aunque sin vistas ya que laventana daba a una pared. Personal amable. En especialal transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Buen servicio de habitaciones. Solamente que esta alejado del centro de Londres pero bien comunicado.

Para ser que está ubicado en zona 3, hay muchos medios de transporte para moverse a todos lados. El hotel es muy limpio, con ropa de cama excelente y personal muy amable. La única contra que encontré es que la habitación no cuenta con frigobar o heladerita para poder conservar una bebida fresca. Un detalle curioso es que el secador de pelo no está en el baño, sino en un cajón de la cómoda en el cuarto. Un poco engorroso secarse el cabello.
