“Nice hotel, good location and reasonable price.
Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. The AC was ok, not the best and can be improved.
I took two star off because of the service, especially when you compare it to the price you’re paying.
For example, whenever you order something from the housekeeping/front desk, you have to go and pick it up yourself. This is the first time I hear of such a thing. I have stayed at motels and 1 star hotels who would still bring the items to your from, I wonder why this hotel doesn’t do it?
I’m also a frequent costumer at Marriott hotels, and stayed at many of their establishments all over the world, and none of their other hotels asked me to come collect the items myself.
This hotel has the potential to be much much better if the service improved. Until they do, I will be staying at other hotels the next time I’m in Vienna.”

“Great hotel in a great area of Vienna. Metro station very close by, lovely restaurants in the area. If you enjoy walking, jogging or biking you have Prater park very close by for you. The staff are great here and the rooms very comfortable.”
