“I stayed in Barcelo before and this was my second visit. Compared to the first time there is a serious drop in quality and customer care. Reception staff were not friendly, wrong information was given to me about breakfast prices. Staff at the breakfast restaurant were rude when I asked about the price difference. Yes it’s only a small difference, but it’s about the principal of giving the right information. The staff took my credit card details even at check out! Why do you need to take down my credit card details after I paid everything and leaving the hotel?! This is the only hotel with such an unprofessional practice and no regard for safety. The only good things was comfort of the bed. For this price range there are better 5 star options in Istanbul, I won’t be staying here in my next trip”
