“Una vergüenza lo que me hicieron los de reserved y recepción; Hago una reserva para un regalo, y me piden autorización de la targeta que se les mando y luego cuando llega la persona le cobran... haciendo me quedar fatal ya que era un regalo Un vergüenza que un hotel así no tengo un protocolo de reservas serio y en orden.... pagos un 30% reservado directo con el hotel que con booking t luego le hacen esto marranada”
