From the peaceful meandering waterway to the shuttle staff who explained everything about Mayakoba, we got around very easily. One shuttle driver took us to the cenote, an underground cavern with bats. One of the water taxi drivers showed us birds' nests, an alligator and many other species of wildlife. Outstanding trip!”

Booked through the concierge 2 days before, 7:30 tee time included transportation, range, and cart. Drivers were nice. It was one month after the LIV tour so the course was overall in great shape. The practice range was roped off and so they had practice tees setup on a steep forward slope which made warm ups kind of meh. Not as much golf swag as I was expecting in the pro shop. Breakfast burrito was excellent. Bev cart rolled by every 3rd hole like clockwork. I was a single and they had me tee off on #10 - played through a couple groups with the marshall’s help and finished by 11:15. Greens were wet and sandy, I imagine they could get pretty quick if dried out but they were rolling pretty easy for me.
Mike the Marshall was super friendly - he should teach a master class in customer service. The rest of the staff were all smiles but mostly brief.

Very challenging course. Beautiful and a once in a lifetime experience. My husband loved the pro shop and seeing all the pros signed bags and things. Great course and friendly staff that provide great service.

Nice place, service is great. You really feel like a VIP, you also pay for it. Conditions of the course weren't great. But it was still fun to play. Cenote Bunker was cool.

Played this course in the last day it was open to the public before the PGA event. Very cool course. Feels like you play 3 different courses from jungle to beach to river. Highly recommend. Make sure you negotiate price. Pro shop is very small. Wish it had some better merch but had the standard stuff. The bar outside the pro shop is very cool. Wish it over looked a green or tee box but I’m just nitpicking. The cave in the middle of the fairway is awesome.

The worst Tennis experience! While people are playing in the morning on the Tennis and Padel courts, management decided to cut all the plants around the courts with a GASOLINE GRASS CUTTER at the same time. Apart from the fumes, the noice was unbearable.

This is a wonderful place.
If you can afford to come here, you will not repent. Never. Service is impecable and the hotel restaurants are well stoked and serviced.

Instalaciones en perfectas condiciones, los cuatros amplios y las villas no de diga. El servicio del staff es siempre sonriente y amable. El detalle de las bicicletas para trasladarte de un punto a otro es de lo que más me gustó. Eso sí es caro todo estando ahí dentro. El desayuno siempre exelente y las comidas nos incluidas en mi paquete son carísimas y por lo mismo la experiencia en los restaurantes de merma.

Es un gran complejo de 4 resorts en el corazón del paraíso Maya en Quintana Roo, entre los límites de Playa del Carmen y Puerto Morelos. Su temática es totalmente sustentable, la convivencia con especies animales es constante y genuina, de hecho, está prohibido alimentarlos para no alteren su ciclo normal; además cuenta con su propia guía de observación de aves. Cada hotel tiene su propia temática, diferentes amenidades y opciones de esparcimiento dentro de sus espacios por demás extensos. Sus tarifas no son baratas, y el plan es europeo, por ello es un sitio muy exclusivo, ideal para la relajacióny conciencia natural, alejado de ruido de cualquier ciudad.

La naturaleza y la vida están llenas de vida ... un lugar para los ricos de este mundo. La calidad del lugar y el personal muy amable y educado. La más alta calidad de comida y absolutamente todo hermoso. Me complacería que la construcción de los restaurantes y el hotel se sintonizaran con la historia del lugar. Muchos espacios vacíos y concreto sin vida en las paredes. Es maravilloso, pero se adhiere a la hermosa historia de los dibujos, pinturas y objetos sobre los mayas.
