Currently staying here with a friend. This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are very friendly and the food is AMAZING. They have a pool, spa, fitness center, and so much more. When I come back to Istanbul this is definitely where I will stay

The whole hotel needed to be refurbished ,stained carpets and stained bed sheets! Limited breakfast option available and needless to say it isn’t topped up. Not a single person who speaks an understandable level of English , upon the place being filthy we had a fridge that was warm! Our last 3 days we have no source of internet as there was no WiFi running throughout the hotel. Room service didn’t come unless called for and when called for they only check for things that are damaged so they can withhold your deposit. Lovely lady from housekeeping named Selma! Absolute legend.

I definitely felt like the service was horrible. When we got to the room, it definitely looked like it needed remodeling. We found a dirty spoon and we had to call housekeeping. Later that night i called housekeeping for coffee. I waited for housekeeping for over 3 hrs, I called them at 11am and finally got my coffee at 2am. When I did receive my coffee the housekeeper was upset and had a face. The buffet had a brighter side of the hotel for which I added the two stars for, it was definitely filling and loved the honey display. The pool was also enjoyable since I had it all to myself. I would not go back to this hotel but definitely was an experience.

Great price to the Value of 5 star ⭐️ hotel. Very clean Staff friendly Bucura in the reception having nice smile and helpful. Breakfast is moderate ( need to be improved) Swimming pool is very clean with warm water you will liked. Big rooms So close to the shopping mall. I don’t like: - the elevator was so crowded “on the weekends” and events time, i wait around 15 minutes from B1 to find empty elevator. But every thing is great and I will visit them again for the third time. First time I spent 14 days 👍🏻 Second time I spent 5 days 👍🏻
