We stayed here for the weekend during a hockey tournament. We didn't pick the hotel- it was assigned by the tournament organizers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Nice, clean room, bathrooms and common areas. Boys enjoyed to the pool. Most staff was very friendly and kind particularly Christopher, even as he reminded us that our boys needed to keep the noise level down and a parent had to be present in the gym area. A stark contrast to the night manager on our second night who, as soon as she arrived, announced to the entire lobby that she would call the police if she received a complaint. She was unhappy and unapproachable from the minute she arrived.

Great staff, very clean updated rooms, and facilities, beautiful pool and hot tub, very nice hotel over all. Absolutely loving my experience with this location, only complaint would be from my lovely wife that the room didn't have a soaker tub, but the shower stall was very nice in my opinion. I truly thought that being this close to the airport would have been unbelievable loud, but the sound was almost unnoticed.

Called the hotel for a quote on a upcoming night stay, they said lowest was 198+tax even though the official website said $170. I explained my Marriott status and they still didn’t care. Ended up finding a deal online for 160+tax then booked that way. Went to check in, and the gentleman working the front desk gave us keys for a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet, and still had people staying in it!!! Luckily when we opened the door, no one was there, but their bags and belongings were. We went downstairs and barely got an apology or compensation. Rooms weren’t very clean. People were up till late at night screaming and running around, and the girl at the front desk was very polite but working alone and wasn’t much she could do. Not worth it for the price, and doesn’t meet the standards or expectations set by other Marriotts we’ve stayed at.

Clean hotel consistent with other Courtyard properties and of course, very close to the airport. Would have been nice if their hotel staff was honest enough to return lost property though. My wife left her watch on the counter when we left for a 6am flight. I knew exactly where it was as I placed it there. Called the front desk from the airport 15 minutes after we left to explain the situation, and gave them specific details of where the watch was (with absolutely no doubt on our certainty). She agreed to go up to the room to retrieve it and said she would call me back. She called back 4 minutes later (wow, that was quick to get up to the 5th floor given the slow speed of the elevators) and advised there was no watch anywhere in the room. I explained once again exactly where it was, and she confirmed it was not there. Clearly no one had entered the room at 5:00am in the morning. I called again the next day to verify with housekeeping (in cased she missed it) and was once again told there was no watch in the room. It's a shame, but in the end I guess it's our fault for forgetting the watch. as an Titanium Ambassador member of Marriott, I will not be staying at this property again.

This was my second time I stayed at the hotel and the overall service was mediocre. The staff who checked me in was rather unnapproachable and didn't appear like someone enjoying their job. My room was not cleaned at all throughout my four-day stay and I found quite a few long hairs in my bed. No options to grab some food on a Saturday evening when all I wanted was just to eat something quickly and crash.
