“A equipe foi excelente, atendimento ao cliente incrível. Pena que a bola pára por aí. A instalação prestou um péssimo serviço a este pessoal.O quarto era sombrio, escuro, não tinha ventilação e tinha uma manutenção inadequada. O tapete parecia sujo de quantos anos ele é. Havia papel de parede, que parecia dos anos 90, descascando das paredes. O banheiro tinha azulejos faltando, chuveiro velho e sujo, rolha quebrada e pia, vaso sanitário e banheira antiquados. Tudo combinado fazia o banheiro parecer um motel barato. O quarto não tinha ventilação e a umidade do banheiro não tinha para onde ir. É uma pena, porque acredito fortemente que este hotel era um ótimo lugar antes, em dia de feno, mas hoje, por falta de manutenção, parece mais um hotel de mergulho.Felizmente, a equipe foi incrível, ótimo atendimento ao cliente e a equipe de limpeza estava no ponto. A única razão pela qual não ganhei uma estrela foi a equipe. Obrigado!”
