“A equipe da recepção foi incrível. Eles estavam acomodando o máximo que podiam depois que a empresa de reservas off-shore estragou completamente nossa reserva de hotel. Depois de ser informado de que teríamos duas camas de casal e uma cama dobrável para acomodar nossa família de 5 pessoas, chegamos a um hotel com apenas camas king-size disponíveis. Embora tivéssemos de nos dividir em vários quartos e incorrer em despesas adicionais, o cavalheiro da recepção fez todo o possível para garantir que estávamos confortáveis.”

“The front desk staff was incredible. They were accommodating as much as they could be after the off shore reservation company completely botched our hotel reservation. After being told we would have two doubles and a roll away to accommodate our family of 5, we arrived to a hotel with only king beds available.Although we had to split into multiple rooms and incur additional expenses, the front desk gentleman did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable.”
