“Disgusting!!! Sheets had blood stains and bed bugs! Made the owner aware and he became combative and defensive. Would not give refund or new room. He only offered to change the sheets; No morals or ethics!! The rating should be -5 stars!! Do not stay at this hotel. There are several others in this area so avoid this hotel at all cost!”

“If I could rate this hotel a -10 I would. I WENT HOME WITH BED BUGS. I planned to stay 2 nights and they were the worst 2 nights of my life. When we first arrived the night shift lady was extremely rude and acted as if I was rude to her. I've never been in a hotel as nasty and dissatisfying as this one in my life. The first night , I woke up covered in bed bug bites and after transferring to a new floor and room the next morning , ... i still woke up with bed bug bites the morning after and in my second room the Television didn't work either so , it was either bed bugs or No tv or both... ! The Indian " management" was not nice nor understanding about the situation at all. He acted as if it was normal . This hotel needs to be shut down and burned down. No way you go on vacation and expect to be taken care of and after this experience at this hotel I will forever be tramuratize about which hotels I go too. and please don't get me started on the breakfast, it was either oatmeal , cereal , or waffles...and the biscuits that they did have ... had mold on them... like I said burned down to the ground. I was also was suppose to receive my payment back and still havent . Never been so angered and disappointed in my life.”
