Este hotel está em uma ótima localização, desde que você esteja bem em estar fora da cena do centro. Tínhamos um aluguel, então a necessidade de dirigir não era grande coisa. Café-da-manhã foi incrível, mãos para baixo o melhor café-da-manhã continental que tive em um hotel. Uma grande variedade foi oferecida no dia a dia e a equipe a manteve bem abastecida por toda parte. A equipe de café-da-manhã também foi muito educada e agradável em geral. Os representantes gerais de atendimento ao cliente eram um pouco menos do que alegres, mas os quartos relativamente limpos e grandes compensavam isso.

This hotel is in a great location as long as your okay with being just out of the downtown scene. We had a rental so the need to drive was not a big deal. Breakfast was awesome, hands down the best continental breakfast I've had in a hotel. A large variety was offered day to day and staff kept it well stocked throughout. The breakfast staff was also very polite and nice in general. General customer service reps were slightly less than cheerful, but the relatively clean, large rooms made up for it.

Devo dizer que o hotel estava em uma boa localização, era limpo, e a equipe foi simpática e prestativa. Eu sei que quando vamos embora, procuramos que nossos hotéis estejam limpos, mas desde o COVID muitos hotéis estão trabalhando com pessoal mínimo para que possam estar escorregando. Este hotel era no mínimo, e eles serviam o hotel como se estivessem totalmente equipados. Liguei eles atenderam. O café da manhã também foi um diferencial. Gostei da área sem muito barulho, sim, há um trem na área, mas ainda vale a pena a visita. Voltaria, perto da rodovia e de fácil acesso ao centro, me hospedaria lá novamente. Espero que isto ajude!

I have to say the hotel was in a good location, it was clean, and the staff was nice and helpful. I know when we go away, we look for our hotels to be clean, but since the COVID many hotels are working with minimal staff so they may be slipping. This hotel was at minimum, and they serviced the hotel as if they were fully staffed. I called they answered. Breakfast was also a plus. I enjoyed the area not to much noise, yes there is a train in the area but it’s still worth the visit. I would come back, close to the highway and easy access to downtown, I would stay there again. Room was large and fairly clean.I did find long black hairs in the bathroom but that has become normal since hotels don't clean well since the pandemic.Bed was OK, heater/AC worked well.TV was large and had a good selection of channels.The feed for the TV in my room did not work and all channels were pixeled or kept freezing and cutting out.WIFI did the same.It must have a 5th floor thing.Water was hot but showerhead was useless.Not the best Residence Inn I have stayed out with my Titanium level.Breakfast was fairly good but very crowded.Free shuttle to the airport was a plus.I would stay else where next time where the entertainment worked better and there is nothing to do or eat in the area.Also, don't eat at Floramos next store, it is terrible.

The good: close to the airport, highway, walking distance to a grocery store and the silver line, the gym is small but good, The maintenance/ service man, Vu, is very sweet, professional and kind. The complementary breakfast is fairly decent. The not so good: close to a commuter train which honks its horn A LOT. I heard it was only supposed honk during the day but, in the month I stayed there,I heard it at 11:45pm, 2:35am, 5:30am. There is a laundry room with 3 washing machines and 4 dryers ($2 per machine). Two of the machines do not have automatic dispensers - I ended up returning the fabric softener. The TV in my room went out several times, prompting me to call for service numerous times.

Ficamos aqui na noite anterior ao nosso voo de Logan. Fácil de chegar da rodovia e não muito longe do aeroporto. A equipe foi amigável e atenciosa. Tudo estava limpo e bem conservado. O nosso quarto era limpo e tranquilo. Perto o suficiente de restaurantes etc. Ficarei aqui novamente quando estiver na cidade

We stayed here the night before our flight out of Logan. Easy to get to from the highway and not too far from the airport. The staff was friendly and attentive. Everything was clean and well kept. Our room was clean and quiet. Close enough to restaurants etc. I’ll stay here again when I’m in town

A equipe da recepção foram muito bom. Há café-da-manhã continental que é bom, você não vê mais isso. Os quartos eram muito espaçosos e agradáveis. Não havia talheres na cozinha, então, se você precisar de garfos ou colheres, pegue alguns de plástico. Esta estadia teria sido muito melhor se houvesse um serviço de transporte de e para o aeroporto. É por isso que ficamos tão perto do aeroporto, mas os ônibus não estavam funcionando.

The front desk staff were really nice. There's continental breakfast which is nice, you don't see that alot anymore. Rooms were very spacious and nice. There wasn't any silverware in the kitchenette though, so if you need forks or spoons, pick some plastic ones up. This stay would have been much better had there been a shuttle to and from the airport. That's why we stayed so close to the airport, but the shuttles weren't running.

O hotel e o quarto eram muito espaçosos, limpos e confortáveis. O hotel estava em uma ótima localização para nós e o estacionamento era muito conveniente (embora a taxa de US $ 15 / dia para estacionamento fosse um pouco boba. Não entendo por que há uma taxa para isso ☹️). O café da manhã nos dois dias em que estivemos foi excelente. Muito boa seleção de comida quente e fria. Assentos de café-da-manhã também foi muito bom.O único problema que impediu uma revisão de 5 estrelas foi o bêbado no nosso corredor batendo na porta do quarto e gritando às 3 da manhã na nossa última noite lá. Chamamos a recepção e eles cuidaram dele (mas a música no quarto dele tocava alto pelo resto da noite).

The hotel and room were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Hotel was in a great location for us and parking was very convenient (although the $15/day fee for parking was a bit silly. I don’t get why there is a fee for this ☹️). The breakfast both days we were there was excellent. Very good selection of hot and cold food. Breakfast seating was also very nice. The only issue preventing a 5-star review was the drunk in our hallway beating on his room door and screaming at 3am on our last night there. We called the front desk and they got him taken care of (but the music in his room played loudly for the rest of the night).
