“We stayed 3 nights. Overall, room was comfortable. Nice bed and bedding, though the pillows weren’t great. The smart tv let us connect to Netflix. Room came with dishes, silverware, full fridge and dishwasher. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was less stocked than we are accustomed. Do NOT eat the eggs - they must be the powder kind, bcuz I got terrible stomach cramps just after eating them. They offer bikes available to borrow, which we did twice to ride all the way around Lake Jackson. The men’s bike had a broken seat and rusty chain, and the women’s bike badly needed an oiling. Also the bolt lock to our room was finnicky.”

“The location is nice, the staff is nice and it’s clean. But my stay was miserable because I couldn’t sleep at all both nights because the king mattress was so old and worn out and had a crater in the center. I spent the whole night trying not to roll into the center and colliding with my husband. If all the mattresses are like room 108, I’d find another hotel if you want a decent night sleep”
