The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are beautiful and modern. The breakfast buffet has many options and was really delicious. We have also enjoyed the spa facilities and it was great, they even leave some water, tea and snacks available. We did not have time to try the restaurant but it looked really good and there were many people, same for the cocktail bar. I totally recommend it and will definetely come back ! Tivemos um tempo maravilhoso no Roomers! A localização é muito conveniente, perto do centro e com uma parada de bonde bem em frente ao hotel. A equipe é simpática e prestativa, e os quartos são bonitos e modernos. O buffet de café da manhã tem muitas opções e foi realmente delicioso. Também gostamos das instalações do spa e foi ótimo, eles ainda deixam um pouco de água, chá e lanches disponíveis. Não tivemos tempo de experimentar o restaurante, mas parecia muito bom e havia muitas pessoas, o mesmo para o bar de coquetéis. Recomendo totalmente e voltarei com certeza!

Uma espécie de hotel de design, com iluminação suave e exibições exclusivas de motos. Quartos espaçosos e bem decorados, faltando um pouco de espaço para roupas e malas. Camas grandes e confortáveis. Enorme chuveiro, banheira, em estilo vitoriano, na parte inferior da cama. Mini-bar bem abastecido e bem abastecido. A única nota negativa é o custo das bebidas no bar, excessivamente indecente!

Positive:
The location looks far but with the 2 trams stopping literally in front of the door of the hotel every 5 min, you can get anywhere you need in under 10 minutes.
The breakfast is very good and all the staff are fantastic.
The rooms are sharp.
Negative:
The pillows, Way too soft. Cannot be ergonomic!
Housekeeping:every day they took the dirty glasses from our room & never replaced them! By the 3rd day we had none! We asked them & they had none ready.
No usable fridge to store medication (ex: incline), water or juice if you get thirsty in the middle of the night, etc.
They fall just short of reaching the level of sophistication that they are aiming for, but it still remains a very top quality above average accommodation.

Sunday morning - bar is closed and breakfast service cannot make you "just" a coffee. You have to pay the buffet price.
Hotel still deserves the 5 stars.
Room service super fast and check-in better than in Dubai.

Excellent hotel, stylish interior, great breakfast, perfect location for Octoberfest:I stayed two times during Octoberfest at Roomers Munich. I can only highly recommend this hotel. It's very modern, the rooms are stylish, the breakfast is excellent (we didn't try the restaurant for dinner but we heard good things) and Oktoberfest is within walking distance. It's also very easy to get a taxi, you usually wait only 2 minutes.The SPA is small but stylish. Massages are highly recommended, we had two great deep tissues by a very skilled therapist.Also I can highly praise the staff. Everybody was very friendly. On our last stay we had an issue which wasn't the hotels fault and they handled it very perfect in the outcome. Overall, I can only highly recommend Rommers for a stay in munich.Tips: - If you want a traditional bavarian lunch, go to Augustiner accross the street. - We first had a room with a balcony - which is nice but lacks storage space. I'd rather recommend more the rooms without balcony which are roomier.

Style over substance. Our friends stayed here during the Oktoberfest. TV was broken and not fixed throughout their stay. Bar staff were very attentive and very eager to please. Great location with the Fest only a 10-15 min walk away.

It´s a lovely hotel. It really stands out for the treatment to dogs. We stayed 5 nights and I was working from the hotel with my dog with me all the time in the common areas. The people at the hotel were nothing but nice with her. We travel with our dog all the time and we usually don't have good experiences at nice hotels with a dog, either they overcharged or they have lots of rules for dogs. This was not the case at Roomers.

The design of this hotel is fantastic. I have not seen such a classy, unique place with wonderful facilities. The SPA looks like a secret dungeon of a Cyberpunk 2077 villain. Its amazing. Parts of it feel cartoonish, as Roomers facilities usually do- it feels like someone responsible for creating it had a rough middle age crisis and added vodka and motorcycles everywhere. But nothing is perfect and it does not feel as tacky as the Roomers in Frankfurt.
Really good breakfast, unfortunately healthy options are, as is usually the case in hotels, a bit limited. For a person allergic to eggs the menu is also a bit short. Location is okay- close to offices, but if you expect to find anything interesting in walking distance forget it. On the other hand, this is Munich so maybe that was to be expected.
Unfortunately, I cannot rate it 5/5 since every time I come an unreasonable amount of money gets blocked on my account. For an already paid for reservation they would charge, not pre-authorize more than 200 euros per night, which is way above what happens in other hotels. It takes a long time for those to return so be prepared to lose some liquidity from your checking account if you visit.

Beautiful hotel. Great service, a big thanks to Sophie for helping us solve an issue. Our rooms were great, bed was comfortable, breakfast buffet is very nice. The only downside is this hotel is really more for adults. The pictures in the hallways and rooms are very provocative. There was an artistic nude photography book in my room, and my kids room. The pool is definitely not for kids;) although, we were not the only family there, I did see two other families. this hotel is like the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. The interior design is very cool. I highly recommend this hotel. Lindo hotel. Ótimo serviço, um grande obrigado a Sophie por nos ajudar a resolver um problema. Os nossos quartos eram excelentes, a cama era confortável, o buffet de pequeno-almoço é muito bom. A única desvantagem é que este hotel é realmente mais para adultos. As fotos nos corredores e quartos são muito provocativas. Havia um livro de fotografia de nu artístico no meu quarto e no quarto dos meus filhos. A piscina definitivamente não é para crianças;) embora, não fomos a única família lá, eu vi duas outras famílias. este hotel é como o Cosmopolitan em Las Vegas. O design de interiores é muito legal. Eu recomendo este hotel.
