“Hotel was great! It was very clean, great ambiance, and also the location was convenient. I have stayed here in the past many times and always had a great experience. I am a student doctor and decided to stay here while I was on an away rotation at Baylor hospital; everything was great until Sunday when I encountered Diana (Asian lady). I called to confirm my late checkout that was at 1 pm, she declined immediately and was not accommodating at all. She would not even listen and let speak about the gentlemen who confirmed this information with me earlier. I spoke to a gentlemen that morning (6-7 a.m.) and he assured me that he would notate the late checkout. Diana was not allowing me to explain who I spoke to, she just said if I was not a hotel member I was not able to do it and continually cut me off. I asked for her name as I was checking out the hotel so I could write a review and she replied she did not care and was very short and rude. She was laughing and whispering about me to other employees as well. I will never be booking a hotel room here again. I felt so uncomfortable and racially profiled.”

“Wow, this Hotel was very nice! I was blown away with how updated and clean the rooms were. The hotel is really big and it's awesome that its connected to the mall. This gives you so man options for food and shopping. The front desk staff was very pleasant during check in and check out. Kudos to the team!”
