“Los servicios de limpieza y habitaciones bien. Pero en el front desk tienen poca asertividad para resolver. Fuimos al maratón y tuvimos una situación.Los 2 adolescentes tenían comprobante de vacunación pero no pasaporte covid. Y nos dijeron que era problema nuestro... No podrían ir al restaurante.El cliente debe recibir un trato donde siente que está comprando un servicio con garantía de resolución, máxime si ya lo pagó. En fin, quizá sea un lugar limpio y en general, es un buen hotel pero no saben gestionar la crisis.Al final negociamos y conseguimos que comieran en su habitación. Se les nublaron las vacaciones innecesariamente.”
