Everything! I have back problems. Having a chair / footstool available for me to use was great. I can't sleep in a bed for more than 2 hours. I have to sit up to sleep. The only thing that could have been better would have been a good recliner! No.

Very clean and comfortable. It met my expectations for a 4 star hotel. There was no hot water in the morning, and I almost fell just stepping into the shower, which tweaked my lower back. The vacillation between cool and almost warm water did not help with the tending of my back muscles, which made for an unpleasant morning

The bed was comfortable. This hotel is in need of a total refresh. Carpets were dirty and the hallways were banged up. Fine for a night, but I would have been very disappointed if I had paid the supposed full rate.
