“HOT! Apparently engineers shut down the AC during winter months and windows don’t crack. Currently staying here and can’t even sleep because I’m dying of heat in the room. Front desk just gave a simple “sorry”, basically nothing they can do. My six year old also can’t sleep, it’s so hot. UPDATE - Manager Michael Inglese sent me an email on this issue and I responded to him on 12/27 and have not heard back, even after following up. What's the point of reaching out if you will not reply or try to make things right?”
