“Great hotel. I am so glad that we stayed here. FANTASTIC SERVICE that I’ve never seen before. They helped me with everything that I asked. Also the food was delicious especially breakfasts and their restaurants for dinners. All the rooms are clean and very modern. Absolute 5 stars.”

“El hotel es seguro, el personal es amable, nunca usamos el buffet pero el servicio a la habitación es bueno. Yo pensé que por su ubicación sería fácil caminar al Museo o cruzar la calle para estar cerca del río pero es imposible con el tráfico de El Cairo, no hay paso peatonal y los conductores no tienen ninguna consideración con el peatón, no hay un semáforo cercano… Encuentras cajeros cerca. El servicio de transporte contratado con el hotel nos costó por un solo trayecto (aeropuerto-hotel) 1.175 libras Egipcias, el transporte desde el hotel hasta el aeropuerto fue 108,19 libras egipcias por medio de la app de Uber. Y una hora de taxi por la ciudad 200 libras Egipcias… todos estos con aire acondicionado y servicio privado. Le pongo 3 estrellas porque el ingreso fue confuso y demorado. Nosotros pusimos la reserva en línea y dejamos información financiera para la misma, en el momento de registrarnos nos pidieron un 25% más de depósito aproximadamente, para cubrir gastos adicionales si se presentaban, nosotros llevábamos casi 20 horas volando desde norte America sin contar las esperas en sala, estábamos cansados y la prioridad del hotel era asegurar el pago, acorde a nuestra percepción. Entre aclarar el depósito inicial, el medio de pago que finalmente se usaría, otros servicios adicionales y demás, se incrementó el tiempo de espera, en el lobby. Nosotros no nos aseguramos de dejar claro que nos transportaran de nuevo al aeropuerto el día de la salida y en la llamada de recepción con la información de que abandonáramos el hotel a las 8am lo dimos por hecho (viaje redondo), al salir al lobby nadie nos esperaba y nuestro vuelo estaba cercano, lo que nos llevó a usar Uber, ya que no valía la pena esperar la gestión del hotel en cuanto a transporte en el últimomomento…”
