“Hard to believe that a hotel with this great location has such poor service, no refrigerator or microwave in the room, no room service, you have to ask to have your room cleaned, hot water is intermittent, tub doesn't drain fast enough to take a shower, but hey they got velet parking. They need more than one staff member.”
