“As an ambassador member with Marriott, I was surprised at the level of service at this property. I even spoke with the GM, Kyla about my issues and I felt she responded in such a disingenuous way. First, you pay to have your vehicle parked via the valet service and you are charged $47.46 per day. I called down in the morning to have my car pulled up so I could remove items for my meeting that day. The valet attendant said to me, here are your key's, you can walk down into the garage to get your items outside of your vehicle???? What??? I told the GM and she made me aware there was confusion, they valet attendant was too busy and wanted to help me get to my car quickly, which wasn't the case, oh well. the GM offered me breakfast the next morning at their cafe. I went down the next morning to get breakfast and the attendant who was supposed to take my order had her ear plug in and was watching TV on her phone, I could see the phone in plan site. After a minute of standing there, I had to get her attention and raise my voice asking for her to help me. I emailed the GM once again making her aware that her staff was not a representation of Marriott and I would imagine not a representation of herself. Her email back to me was disingenuous and patronizing, not offering anything to make my experience better at her property, just corporate bs.”

Eu até conversei com a GM, Kyla, sobre meus problemas e senti que ela respondeu de uma maneira tão falsa. Primeiro, você paga para ter seu veículo estacionado através do serviço de manobrista e é cobrado $ 47,46 por dia. Liguei pela manhã para que meu carro fosse parado para que eu pudesse retirar os itens para minha reunião naquele dia. O manobrista me disse, aqui estão suas chaves, você pode descer até a garagem para pegar seus itens fora do seu veículo???? O que??? Eu disse ao GM e ela me avisou que havia confusão, o manobrista estava muito ocupado e queria me ajudar a chegar ao meu carro rapidamente, o que não era o caso, tudo bem. o GM me ofereceu café da manhã na manhã seguinte em seu café. Desci na manhã seguinte para tomar café da manhã e a atendente que deveria anotar meu pedido estava com o plugue no ouvido e estava assistindo TV no telefone, pude ver o telefone no site do plano. Depois de um minuto parado ali, tive que chamar a atenção dela e levantar a voz pedindo que ela me ajudasse. Enviei um e-mail ao GM mais uma vez, informando-a de que sua equipe não era uma representação da Marriott e imagino que não uma representação dela mesma. Seu e-mail de volta para mim foi hipócrita e condescendente, não oferecendo nada para melhorar minha experiência em sua propriedade, apenas bs corporativo.”
