Update: after my review I was contacted the next day. I just checked my account and my money is back on my card. Thank you Claudia. Now would I stay again? Probably not, don’t want to go through this process again. However I do appreciate your response and feedback.

I give four stars because they do not have kettle in their rooms. The rest is very good. Isn’t there anybody drinking tea here? Edit: Decreasing to two stars after the response. I wish Novotel has shared this info (they do have kettles available upon request) with their staff at the desk because when I said I want to make tea in my room, they gave me one solution: cup of hot water from the bar. Several times I went downstairs to get cup of hot water, which is fine. On the other hand coffee machines do not provide hot water, they make ‘capsule’ coffee. They are instant espresso machines, not water heaters at all. The hotel must improve the customer service instead of just commenting on reviews.

The hotel itself was beautiful inside, lobby smelled amazing, and our room was clean. The bathroom sink drained slow and the shower design (no door) caused water to be on the floor everytime we showered. Definite slip hazard! The guests next to us had multiple dogs in their suite that constantly barked. For almost $300 a night, I definitely expected better! Expressed concerns at checkout about the dogs and was told that we should have said something and they would have moved US! No, move them! They knew they checked someone in next to us with pets. They should have been the ones checking on us and seeing if WE were ok!

Stayed here in early 2020. Front desk staff was friendly; we were upgraded to a beautiful suite. Unfortunately the suites are facing the people mover, making them too loud for a comfortable sleep. We had to ask to be moved again to a normal room not facing the tracks. Dry cleaning service is slow and they forgot an item. Breakfast buffet was complete and delicious! Rooftop bar and pool is large and comfortable and the gym next door is great. Overall a nice stay but location hurts the hotel - far from anywhere in Brickell.

It is in the middle of nowhere, next to the metro rail which causes considerable noise even on the high floors (we had the superior bay view room). The front desk was very rude. The A/C in the room was not working no matter how we adjusted the thermostat. The lobby is beautiful and the room was fine. But overall it is not worth it. For this price, there are many better hotels nearby. I would not come back.

My stay at this hotel was generally a positive experience, but some things were not pleasing to me as a person who is not accustomed to city living. The reasons for a deducted star are as follows: A nearby rail road frequently had trains running, and the tracks were directly in front of my window, so it was noisy even at night. The check in process was not smooth at all. The driveway to the main doors of the hotel is extremely narrow, so you must wait while people are loading/unloading, and consequently other people must wait for you. Alternatively, you may first park in the underground garage and then lug all your things up to the front desk by yourself without a cart. Either way, it is less than ideal. The check out process also was problematic. Concierge told me that my credit card used to book the hotel was declined after he tried running it 3 times. I called my credit card company to ask about it, but their response times were estimated to be almost an hour, so another credit card was used to pay. I knew my first card was in good standing and was not over the limit or flagged for possible fraud. After I returned home and had a chance to call the credit card company again, they said the charge actually was approved, so the problem was not occurring on their end. So why did the problem at the desk occur? Toilet paper quality is low. No exhaust fan for the bathroom. Poopouri is your friend ;) The bed was not great--both the feeling of the sheets and the comfort of the mattress and pillows was not ideal for me. I suppose I need firmer pillows. I'm used to sleeping on memory foam. There are a lot of nice things about this hotel that rounded out some of the things I disliked. I will highlight a few things that I did enjoy. All other aspects of the bathroom design are quite nice and sleek. It came equipped with a free standing mirror, which was very handy for makeup application. Everything was very clean. The pet friendliness of the hotel was the biggest reason I chose to stay here. There was not even a hint of odor from pets in the entire building, and I never heard another dog barking. The view from the rooftop is quite nice. Infinity pool up there looks really elegant and felt nice and warm. I know some of the things I didn't like cannot be changed. Be aware that there are separate fees for parking daily, and the pet fee is weekly. Still, I was mostly pleased.

Do not deserve 4 stars. Do not worth money at all. Gave a different room from the one I reserved, the view was terrible - parking lot. Bed sheets were not clean, I had skin troubles after I slept there. Amenities are so limited. Do not even provide room slippers, one time use toothpaste and toothbrush. Provide cheap Chinese shampoo, conditioner, bodyshower which do not help with cleaning at all. No soundproof. You can hear someone calling next room, kids shouting front room. Lobby staffs are unfriendly, hospitality at the lowest. Ordered a room service, do not deliver food at the reserved time, deliver in a plastic box not on a plate and taste like a cheap instant food. WORST WORST WORST.

Beautiful lobby and rooftop bar. It seems like the rooftop bar is only for guests but i made it in after someone was exiting. Seems weird to keep the bar closed to outside guests. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere- not really in Brickell. They set up a movie night with a loud terrible kids movie. I was expecting a more Cafe Del Mar vibe, but it was like having cocktails at kinder care. I think there are better places to go in the area! I’m stretching three stars for the decor only!

I stayed at Novotel hotel for 3 nights. The bathroom was quite alluring as was the suite. All in all, The hotel itself is beautiful!! Although the place was physically appealing I give it 1 star due to the fact that some of the workers there have poor customer service skills. At this hotel, you have to pay $35 a day for parking upon exiting the hotel each day (seeing that you are unable to come out of the parking lot without doing so). That is what I did each day however I was charged $175 the next day after checking out. I called them to explain my dilemma and they just kept referring back to the fact that the hotel offers parking for $35 a day. I sent screenshots of the payment as well as they have proof that I did pay for parking in their system. It was like talking to a wall! After NUMEROUS attempts all they did was issue a refund of $70. Where is the other $105? That was almost an entire month ago that I visited the hotel and I have yet to see the rest of the money. Judging by prior reviews from other hotel goers that seems to be a big trend for them. What a shame.

Very clean, always feels like I'm the first person to use the room and sleep in those sheets. The floor to ceiling windows provide an excellent view, and the rooftop infinity pool is just lovely. Staff are kind and price is competitive with lesser quality hotels. It's just slightly off the transit path so everything in Downtown is within reach.

The hotel staff is very unresponsive. we trued to come in early due to a change in flights and we kept calling to see if that was possible from the Fort Lauderdale airport and after calling 12 times, there was no response. We get there and we ask to get checked in early bc we have a whole day planned and most places allow you to check in early but there wasn’t anything available. Understood. however, the attitude from the manager Arturo and lack of hospitality is where this place fails. if you see your guests aren’t happy you should make them feel like you care and you should try and make their experience feel worthwhile. When a group came in while we waited by the lobby, they got checked in before the check-in time and when Arturo saw that we reacted he said our room was ready too.We were waiting for check in the whole time and then he gave us a room that still had people’s belongings in it & not clean at all. after all of that all he offered was free breakfast and a later check in. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. would definitely not recommend. it’s a cute interior design but the rooms are small and nothing special

The moment we entered the hotel, the security staff and front desk were extremely accommodating. The ambiance at the lobby was comforting. I was surprised by the birthday cake that was made out of bath towels when we entered our room. It was creative and thoughtful of them. The staff was punctual when we asked for assistance to connect to the hotel wifi. I strongly recommend staying here!

Amazing hotel, clean, and beautiful on the inside and outside. Would like to see more items in their little market like toothbrush/toothpaste and maybe some monster rehab energy drinks but this was a great experience. A very comfortable shallow swimming pool on the roof with a nice view.

Very cute hotel. Nice view from the 12th floor by the pool. Staff was courteous and very helpful. The room was clean, and they have very nice toiletries in the bathroom, not the cheap stuff. If I'm in Miami again I'd come back.

One of the best Hotels I ever go in my life. Everything was clean and nice the staff are friendly and not to mention the rooms got pretty nice views. I think the price is just right for this hotel and maybe it would be much better if the parking was free but still everything was good and I am really sad tomorrow I have to leave this place.

Atton Miami - Nice location and very kind valet staff. My only complaints are amenity related. Please start to offer a fan or way to create wind and sound at night for sleepers who require white noise and comfort in temperature. Also, there wasn’t a fan located in the bathroom, either. So, no freshening up the small space after using the toilet or shower. 👎🏼

Very modern hotel with affordable prices. The lobby is an amazing place for pictures. The rooms was clean, the staff was very professional and friendly. The rooftop pool is absolutely amazing and the cocktails very delicious. I had a very nice experience! I recommend this hotel👍 very close to a lot of restaurants and nice places in downtown, if you don’t want to rent a car, definitely the best option.)

Mala experiencia, desde que llegamos y no encontraban la reserva, soy categoría Platinum y no sirvió de NADA, no recibí prácticamente nada de lo que la categoría y la cadena Accor me ofrece, no hubo cocktail de bienvenida, no hubo regalo especial de Novotel, ni ascenso de habitación, bajo mucha insistencia me dieron, lo que me dijeron que era una suite, pero en el tercer piso y junto al metro rail, que tenia un sonido permanente, insistí en el ascenso, ya que par de días anteriores a mi llegada había recibido un email con ofrecimiento de ascenso por un costo, entonces no entendía como por un costo si se podía tener ascenso pero como beneficio por la categoría, no. El día que llegamos pedi que nos ayuden con unos paquetes que había solicitado que lleguen al hotel, me tocó bajar dos veces más a insistir, a las 23:00 estuvo el guardia en la habitación entregando los paquetes, hora no adecuada. Pésimo servicio, la persona que nos atendió en recepción el jueves 17 de junio por la tarde, tenia una pésima actitud y con ella sucedió lo antes mencionado. Tenia acento argentino. Adicionalmente, al ingreso de la habitación existía un fuerte olor a cigarrillo, que fue disminuyendo, pero no desapareció hasta que nos fuimos. La presión del agua de la ducha, pésima. Se suponía que la tarifa incluía desayuno, al ir a desayunar con mi esposa resulta que los tickets que nos entregaron valían apenas 10 dólares y teníamos que pagar la diferencia, es decir no era cierto que incluía el desayuno, ya que por ese valor no había nada para desayunar y la calidad tampoco fue buena, no volvimos a desayunar en el hotel. Siguen sin realizar el servicio de habitación, a pesar de que la mayoría de la población de la Florida ya se encuentra vacunada, es más en la recepción quienes atendían no usaban mascarillas, pero no podían hacer el servicio de la habitación. Al querer hacer el check out y pagar con mi puntos de la afiliación, nadie sabia como hacerlo y me toco esperar al siguiente día para que lo hagan. Lo único rescatable, fue la cama y sus almohadas, ah y la ubicación, pero al movilizarse todo en vehículo en Miami, no es indispensable, no lo recomendaría, ni regresaría.

El servicio a la habitación es malísimo. Pedí 3 veces: la primera me trajeron mal la ensalada, la segunda tardaron un montón, y eran unos simples huevos revueltos. La tercera ni vinieron. Me dejaron sin comer. Además te traen la comida en caja sin bandeja, sin plato, sin servilletas ni vaso! Y cubiertos de plástico. La próxima pido UberEats que tienen mejor servicio y mayor variedad. El fin de semana dejaron la habitación sin limpiar porque vinieron súper tarde (5pm) y yo ya no quería salir, porque había estado todo el día fuera - ya era de noche además.

Me ha encantado el hotel, estaba en la planta 6 y para mi estuvo genial, aunque mis vistas no eran muy bonitas por una parte porque daban aún parking de un supermercado, pero tenía su lado tb bonito xq había edificios de grandes alturas y por la noche era bello por los colores, apenas se escuchaba el tren y eso q pasa al lado, pero no importante la cama q era maravillosa. Además estaba cerca de todo y de la estación demetromover caminando a 5 min q es gratuito para llevarte al centro. Luego con su piscina en la terraza infinita y unas vistas espectaculares, si volviera me volvería alojar porque me gustó mucho, además ponen café y té gratis hasta las 11 de la mñn. Stayed at this hotel while in Miami for a few days. Everything was wonderful. The staff (everyone) was extremely polite. The hotel was spotless. The room was very clean. It is on a quieter street, which is a plus for me. Everything from restaurants to attractions (Miami Beach, cruise port, restaurants, etc.) were accessible within walk distance or a quick cab ride. The rooftop was beautiful. We had a later flight scheduled and the front desk held our bags for us which was very helpful. Check out time is at noon which was another plus. If I’m visiting this area again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel.

It's a good value for the per night price. The rooftop "infinity edge" pool isn't what you think. It flows over the pool coping, but its surrounded by walls so the view is not that great. Bar tenders on the roof were pitifully slow as well. We were two of 3 people at the bar and it took them over 10 minutes to simply get us a menu.. and they tack on an 18% gratuity automatically, which I wouldn't mind if the service was even mediocre.

Beautiful hotel!! Friendly staff and service. The rooftop infinity pool is amazing!!! They have cabanas up there that you can use free of charge and a bar!! You can also eat up there. And like another guest said “the chicken wings were AMAZING” it had its own unique taste! Definitely will come back and stay there if we are ever in Miami.
