“Location and most of the staff was exceptional. I fell in their parking lot and the receptionist changed my room, so that I wouldn't have to walk as far. I fell in their parking lot, and although most of the staff were very kind and compassionate, I felt like the manager was just in cya mode. The parking lot is on a slant and difficult to manage.”

“We were not notified the restaurant would not be open during our stay. The garbage in the Fitness Center was not taken thrown out in the 3 day I was in the Fitness Center. The shower handle was extremely difficult to operate. Maintenance was going to return to our room on the 2nd day to fix the handle. He never came back. The toilet constantly ran and kept us up at night. We were also not notified upon check-in to request towels during our stay. We had to call late on the 2nd night for towels”
