We were not notified the restaurant would not be open during our stay. The garbage in the Fitness Center was not taken thrown out in the 3 day I was in the Fitness Center. The shower handle was extremely difficult to operate. Maintenance was going to return to our room on the 2nd day to fix the handle. He never came back. The toilet constantly ran and kept us up at night. We were also not notified upon check-in to request towels during our stay. We had to call late on the 2nd night for towels

Pet friendly!! Great location, free parking, easy to social distance from other guests due to low occupancy. I felt that some high touch surfaces could have been more frequently sanitized given the ongoing pandemic. This includes the in-room TV remote, hair dryer, and trash cans along with the elevator buttons.

The location was very good and it was pet friendly which was very helpful for our travels. The room seemed to have been cleaned, however the trash can had trash in it and trash in the drawers. Some rooms had cleanliness seals on the doors which Hilton appears to be doing given the current health crisis...however our room did not have this.

Staff was great, even helped me w getting into the pool area which had a stuck door. I live in N. Virginia and came down to relax and get some much needed rest. Unfortunately, that ended when the lawn mowers kicked in at 9 am right outside my window. Lasted until 11:30. I would suggest scheduling landscaping a little later in the day

Location was great. It was near the main roadway and within 15 minutes of most things in the area. Staff was helpful, especially with room issues one of the elevators was broken. the thermostat in our original room was broken. housekeeping was inconsistent. the never showed up after our first night and after our second night they were knocking on doors before 9 AM and never came back.

Location and most of the staff was exceptional. I fell in their parking lot and the receptionist changed my room, so that I wouldn't have to walk as far. I fell in their parking lot, and although most of the staff were very kind and compassionate, I felt like the manager was just in cya mode. The parking lot is on a slant and difficult to manage.

Close to where I neede to be The smoke alarm went off while showering, as there was no exhaust fan in bathroom. Front desk had no remedy. Biggest problem was TUB DRAINAGE, actually lack OF The tub barely drained during my shower and for about 6 hours. I stood in about 21/2 of water

The comfort of the bed I called at 4pm to confirm a crib for our baby which they confirmed would be in the room. We arrived to a room at 60 degrees which made our baby shiver for an hour at 11:30pm. Then found out they had thrown all cribs away and did not have any

My dog was allowed. We checked in at 4pm and was told no dog-friendly rooms were ready, and that it would take an hour. The desk clerk did offer us free drinks and appetizers, Room was still not ready at 5. My dog started barking, and there was suddenly a room available.

Nice, clean hotel, w/ friendly & helpful staff & excellent amenities. Quiet, even on the pet floor! Will definitely come again. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would've been nice, as would a microwave in the room. Otherwise, no complaints at all!

Pool and Whirlpool were good. Room AC didn't work. Housekeeping ignored instructions to change stained linens, replaced 5 towels with 2 (for a family of 5). No free breakfast, expensive restaurant.

The lobby was nice and clean. There was black mold around the window at the top. It was 78 degrees in the room when we got there. We turned it down to 68. It never got below 70.

Worse experience ever bad pluming rooms had bugs handle from sink messed up. Poor management. Samie was very rude and made my guest and i feel racial profiled and didnât bother to care about our stay.
