“The hotel was very inviting and modern. The conference spaces I used were well set-up. My room was immaculate and comfortable. When I got there, the temp control said it needed a new battery. I called the front desk and within 5 minutes, a new battery was installed. All staff I interacted with were friendly and efficient. Sometimes I have trouble sleeping the first night in a hotel, but the beds were so comfortable that I drifted right off. I love that they have long, comfortable, rectangular pillows instead of the hard squares some chains use. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stay here and would recommend it to others. And the complimentary hot breakfast buffet was awesome.”

“Front desk staff understands customer service! Smiling, friendly, happy appearance, is exactly what I would want my front staff to exhibit!! Restaurant bartender is above average. Great prices on craft pints, excellent sandwiches. Breakfast has plenty of tasty choices, I was excited to see that plain yogurt was provided for breakfast!!!!”
