“Mandatory quarantine hotel stay with our 3 3/4 year daughter. Despite both our dietary and my spouse's allergies being indicated in both a web-form and the paper form [that we were trying to fill-in with our daughter having a meltdown during the quarantine arrival briefing with hotel staff not even acknowledging the situation] - many meals arrived not adhering to our dietary and allergy requirements (thankfully the hazelnuts were visible). Staff repeatedly told us that we had not indicated our dietary requirements and allergies which I watch my spouse do next to meal choice on every page. We asked for our meals to be delivered at the earliest possible time due to having our 3 3/4 year daughter with us. These requests were only very occasionally adhered to and then it went back to getting meal whenever the staff got to our floor and room in the normal sequence. We even received breakfast at 09:00 am and dinner at 7:00 pm (her bedtime)?! Often, our daughter was in such a bad state due to hunger that she could not be convinced to calm down to eat for half an hour. We complained to the catering manager to no avail. Beyond this, meals were delivered with endless single-use paper and wooden cutlery. Why could metal cutlery and crockery that could be dish washed safely not be used? We never used a single sachet of sugar, nor even 10% of the English breakfast tea nor did we want the soft drinks delivered to the room but it came regardless and every incorrectly delivered item was contaminated even though we never had coronavirus at any stage during our stay. This makes a mockery of any environmental commitments by made by the Radisson Hotel Group.”

“I got this hotel as a part of my hotel quarantine because I had travelled from India. Radisson team is doing excellent job, I really appreciate their work during this difficult time . Food is amazing right from breakfast to dinner( I had opted for Indian menu) which I would give 10 out of 10. Almost every day I called Room service to say thank you to chef because Chef did not allow me to miss my home cooked food. I had many more friends who were quarantined in different hotels with zero customer service, with no good food no laundry no proper services were provided. I was lucky to get in here. Midnight I was unwell so within no time doctor came & checked me. It was my first time beingalone from my loved ones which actually was a nightmare for me before check in but then when I saw security guys standing whole night to protect their guests gave me big relief and I could sleep peacefully. Receptionist were so prompt that within no timeI got whatever I requested for. I used to get courtesy call from reception to ask about my well being, that was a sweet gesture by the team. I can go on and on but one can experience if they are lucky enough to get this as their quarantine hotel. Thank you to the whole team of Radisson Edwardian.Keep up the good work.”
