“Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The service was smooth and very efficient especially considering it was a very busy time at the hotel. When we arrived, check in was very busy but staff were helpful, friendly and very professional making it all run very smoothly and move along as quickly as possible. We were even provided with a waiting area with refreshments and TV for the kids in this time. From check in to check out every encounter with staff at MO was pleasant and warming. The gym is well equipped and the facilities are lovely. The location is just perfect when staying in KL. We will definitely try to return to MO KL again in the future.”

“Stay here for a night and I ended up liking it so well! First the room - so breathtaking with a good view. The room is big for two people with a lot of tv channels and so I ca hop on a comfy blanket, have a nice weekend and stay in the cool room! They also provide the qibla direction so it's convenient for us to pray.They have wide parking space, friendly customer services and what great about this hotel is that, all places in KL is near. So you can just walk around without taking your car.”
