“Clean and quiet room. AC and fridge was super quiet. Insulation in Hilton garden seemed to be better than Tru by Hilton or Hampton. Digit key requested early but was not available even after arriving. Check in time was at 3pm; I got there after 5pm and was told the room I selected was not available. Another room was given instead; which was not a big deal. No complementary breakfast, but bottled water, lemon infused water, coffee was available. The hotel is located very closed to shopping plaza and restaurants. Plenty of parking space outside the hotel. Overall, I will stay at this hotel again.”

“Stayed here twice and it’s been very comfy, located right near a bunch of food options as well.This particular 5-star review is for Erin, who works at the front desk. I had booked through a third party and the reservation didn’t quite connect. I had to hop on the phone with my credit card for an hour before things connected. Erin was working by herself at the front desk, dealing with multiple people with the same issue, frustrated guests whose room keys weren’t working, and ran upstairs to personally let them in to their rooms, I even saw her delivering additional pillows to another guest upstairs, etc etc etc.All with a genuine smile on her face. She was very kind and seemed totally unphased, kept a more-than-professional attitude where as I would have crumbled.Erin is a star, and she deserves this 5-star review.”
