Parece que o hotel estará aberto para a invasão de ratos verde e amarelos no dia 7 de setembro. Recomendo uma boa dedetização para se livrar dessa praga.

Foi uma ousadia muito infeliz do gerente geral do Pestana SP querer usar seu delírio político para impor aos hóspedes do nosso porte, saudações bolsonaristas. A maioria de hóspedes de hotéis desse nível é consciente, tanto das manobras de um governo de moral duvidosa, como dos intetesses excudos. E seguramente esse hotel desagradou - e MUITO - aos hóspedes tomando um posicionamento dessa forma. Brigadeiros verde e amarelo? Ofereça aos ignorantes, mas não tente enfiar no estômago de pessoas mais conscientes essa imoralidade desenfreada. Guardem sua doutrinação para vocês.

Infelizmente o hotel agora decidiu seguir os passos de outro hotel próximo e não respeitar a vizinhança realizando festas com músicas em volume ensurdecedor em seu rooftop, sem esquecer que o desrespeito é ainda maior por ainda estarmos em momento de pandemia. Um desrespeito ao bairro e ao sossego e segurança dos moradores da região. Tentei telefonar para resolver amigavelmente, mas ninguém atende.

Hotel muito bem localizado,com quartos e banheiros amplos. A inovação fica por conta da decoração de dois andares, com desenhos da Bahia e outro com grafitagem, além da decoração neon no elevador. Interessante e original.

A Localização é ótima, pois facilita o acesso e os funcionários são muito educados. Porém, o quarto tinha um cheiro estranho de que ninguém entrava lá a muitooo tempo, o cheiro era bem ruim, um dos abajurs não ligava, podemos perceber que os bocais de lâmpada no teto e lâmpadas também eram diferentes uma das outras, algumas sem vidro, a qualidade do piso do chão era bem ruinzinha, a cama era de molas e rangiam bastante ao se mexer, o quarto não possui nenhuma janela, o banheiro também não, no quarto possui um vidro onde pode ver a cidade, com uma espécie de "janela de correr" de madeira que você pode fechar por conta da claridade, neste "janela" tinham papel higiênico grudado em cima, não sei explicar o porque mas fiquei com medo de pegar, então ficou lá mesmo. No banheira podemos perceber que a parede é torta, uma parte não tem rejunte e outra tem, entre os revestimentos, assim como nos corredores, o que não é ruim, apenas não é bacana para um hotel de tal nível a falta de detalhes em acabamento... A banheira é bem pequena, e quando eu digo que é pequena é porque eu tenho 1,60 de altura e peso 60kg, para pessoas maiores seria bem desconfortável. No dia que me hospedei fez muito, mas muito frio, como estamos em pandemia o ar-condicionado não pode ser ligado no quente e dentro do armário não tinha reserva de coberta, assim como o ralo da banheira estava sem a rosca, infelizmente isso gera um desconforto, no feriado com o hotel lotado entrar em contato com a recepção acaba sendo mais difícil, pois as linhas estão ocupadas sempre. O valor pago na diária, por ser dia dos namorados, foi bem alto, infelizmente devo dizer que o valor não compensou...

Estuvimos en este hotel al participar del PROFT, un evento que congrega profesionales de la industria de la traducción y localización. Los salones están completamente equipados con todo lo necesario para las conferencias: sonido, proyección, asientos, mesas, etc. El lugar estuvo impecable durante los dos días que duró el encuentro. Está también muy bien ubicado, cerca de la Avenida Paulista, con acceso a los principales medios de transporte y centros comerciales.

Acceptable, not more. Oldy, could deserve a renovation. If you don't mind sleeping next to a super noisy room minibar (even tried unplugging it!) or if you don't mind hearing a bit too well what your neighbors are busy doing, that place is for you.

Good bed, good shower, good breakfast and that's it. There are better options in the area for the same price or even lower. If you make your reservation with like 30 days of advance you can score a really cheap fare, than, it's really worth.

Zero stars if I could...while staying here we got robbed. In fact, I was almost in the room during the time that it happened...thankfully I was not, or else I probably wouldn't be here writing this review. Our money was locked away in our suitcase, which was broken into with a flat head screwdriver. The thieves rifled through our clothing and belongings until they found what they wanted. Our neighbors were robbed as well. A laptop was stolen from their room. After reporting this to the hotel security, we found 5 universal keys that provided access to several rooms on that floor behind a fire extinguisher - we tested them - yet the hotel staff tried to blame us for breaking into our own room. We were offered no apology or reimbursement. Ironically, this happened during an event we were working at so the thieves were watching us and knew our schedule and when would be away from the rooms. The investigation is ongoing, however judging by the apathy displayed by the hotel staff, nothing will ever be done. It's simple: do not stay here!

Complete disaster! My husband and me arrived the hotel and nobody helped us to unload the luggage. It was raining, we had to get the luggage cart ourselves and then we had to personally ask the valet parking guy to park our car. The hotel promised to give us a free fruit tray, but it was never delivered. The room was cleaned, but they didn't replace the bath towels, and they simply removed the bed blanket. After we complained about the bad blanked they sent us a very low quality blanket incompatible with the kind of hotel. The double deluxe room was too simple compared the hotel daily rate. When we got the room there was a noisy black box on the table, it was a air purifier, it was very strange and loud. I believe we won't come back to this hotel. It's not compatible with the Pestana name, price, quality and service.
