“First time staying at this hotel. Service was great. Room is very clean and comfortable. As a platinum premier I was upgraded to the junior suite which is not really a suite but still spacious enough. Unfortunately didn't get to try the one bedroom suite even though I typically gamble away much more than the cost of the suite at their casino and as a platinum premier. Probably would not bother staying again.”

“Really nice room, quite spacious and elegant. With a comfortable bed and great bathroom. The staff were very friendly and the location was pretty central and right next to Rogers Arena and BC place.We got a room with a king bed and city view and were very happy with it. Would definitely stay here again.”
