“My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was a beautiful stay, with everything we could’ve ever wanted with it. Huge room, beautiful, and clean bathroom. It feels luxurious. I love the big window we had in our room, it was so nice to look out at the city. Would absolutely come here again and recommend to everyone we know who’s traveling to Dallas”

“Hotel was great! It was very clean, great ambiance, and also the location was convenient. I have stayed here in the past many times and always had a great experience. I am a student doctor and decided to stay here while I was on an away rotation at Baylor hospital; everything was great until Sunday when I encountered Diana (Asian lady). I called to confirm my late checkout that was at 1 pm, she declined immediately and was not accommodating at all. She would not even listen and let speak about the gentlemen who confirmed this information with me earlier. I spoke to a gentlemen that morning (6-7 a.m.) and he assured me that he would notate the late checkout. Diana was not allowing me to explain who I spoke to, she just said if I was not a hotel member I was not able to do it and continually cut me off. I asked for her name as I was checking out the hotel so I could write a review and she replied she did not care and was very short and rude. She was laughing and whispering about me to other employees as well. I will never be booking a hotel room here again. I felt so uncomfortable and racially profiled.”
