“Front desk receptionist (brown hair with Glasses) was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. Hotel was tired and poorly maintained. Rooms do not have AIr conditioning and more effort needs to be placed on the cleanliness. I would not stay here again. Only reason I give them a 2 star review is due to their location.”

“El personal es muy amable, atento y profesional. El hotel se encuentra al lado del Pilar y del rio. Las camas son cómodas, las habitaciones estan bastante bien y los baños muy bien. Lo único negativo que encontré es lo que les cuesta responder al teléfono....pero por lo demás un buen hotel, limpio,céntrico y con una gran atención al cliente.”
