Foi cobrado $ 30 pelo frete do fed-ex. Em 24/9, meus amigos não tinham recebido, então liguei para a linha de ajuda do cartão-presente e fui informada que estava "em trânsito", mas não havia nenhum número de rastreamento. Ligado para 26/09, fui informado que foi “enviado por correio normal”, embora tenha sido cobrado $ 30 pelo envio, mas “deverá ser recebido até 27/09”. Liguei na noite de 27/09 porque eles ainda não o haviam recebido ... e então fui informado que não havia "deixado o centro de distribuição". Entre ligar para a linha de ajuda e para os hotéis em Rosewood, tive que fazer dez ligações antes que alguém realmente me ajudasse e reembolsasse minha compra. Pior experiência absoluta. Nunca ficaria no Rosewood Hotel ou visitaria o Bemelman depois dessa experiência. Uma grande decepção

This review is for the online gift card option. The MOST RIDICULOUS experience I’ve had trying to purchase a gift for someone. I ordered the card on September 20 at 5am. Was charged $30 for fed-ex shipping. By 9/24, my friends hadn’t received it, so I called the gift card helpline and was told it was “in transit” but there was no tracking number . Called 09/26, was told it was “sent via regular mail” even though I was charged $30 for shipping, but “should be received by 09/27”. I called the evening of 09/27 because they still hadn’t received it…and was then told that it hadn’t “left the fulfillment center.” Between calling the help line and Rosewood hotels, I had to make 10 phone calls before someone actually helped and refunded my purchase. Absolute worst experience. Would never stay at Rosewood Hotel or visit Bemelman’s after this experience. Such a massive disappointment

Amei o quarto! Um lugar tão legal para ficar, especialmente se você tiver interesse em história. Este não é um lugar para o níquel e dímero embora, esteja preparado para trazer seu talão de cheques. No entanto, devo dizer que vale a pena ficar pelo menos uma vez.

Loved the room! Such a cool place to stay especially if you have interest in history. This is not a place for the nickel and dimer tho, be prepared to bring your check book. However I will say is worth staying at least once.

Wonderful first experience staying at the Carlyle! The service was first class from the moment we arrived at the hotel. Felix, Paul and the entire team took wonderful care of us. The hotel is extremely beautiful, historic, and true New York elegance. Looking forward to returning when the bar and restaurants have reopened! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Un lugar bonito y encantador,el personal muy amable,limpio,organizado,lo bueno es que tiene de todo,habitaciones amplias,cerca del centro,puedes ir a los lugares mas importantes,recomiendo.

Lunes en el Carlyle = Woody Allen. Nos acercamos a la entrada porla avenida Madison, sin reservación, cerca de las 17:30 esperando un sitio en la barra. No había mucha gente esperando así que a las 18:30 cuando abrieron las puertas y ingresamos pudimos obtener una buena ubicación en la barra. Hay lugar para 10 personas allí. La entrada sale USD120 para la barra con una consumición mínima de USD25. El vino - Pinot Noir California - salió USD65, y el Cheescake USD18 al igual que el Praline de Chocolate. Todo excelente. Woody Allen permaneció en el escenario 60 min y se retiró.

Bemelmans es un bar con murales muy famosos. Los cocktails son muy buenos y el servicio es impecable.

Elegante y clasico, super ubicacion.

El bar del Hotel sea bastante buen. Es una experiencia superior que qual quier otro bar en el mundo. La nivel de servicio es excelente y las declaraciones spectaurlar.

Es bien genial. Las bebidas son un poco caras pero yo pasé un buen nochita.

Lugar clásico. Piano de cola siempre activo. Cierra temprano los lunes.
