“The staff are very friendly. We were upgraded for free, the hotel was not completely full when we went. Breakfast selection is large, there are local flavors plus some western dishes. I personally loved the Japanese dishes for breakfast.
Also there is a shuttle bus that takes you right downtown in case you don’t want to take the subway.”

“I liked my room and I liked staying in the most central part of Tokyo - even though we did not get the traditional diamond member upgrade. However, I was here on vacation while my husband was working - each time he was attending breakfast before work, he was getting the best seats. Each time I would attend breakfast or the executive lounge, the staff (especially women!!!) would try to give me the cat seats. Living in Germany, I absolutely hate it when 5-stars hotels expect people to have money and be valued guests only if they are carrying Gucci to breakfast and dress in evening gowns for executive lounge. High-quality jeans and a pullover in winter should be sufficient for having a breakfast as a European Hilton diamond member. Moreover, there was no "we will be glad to see you again" or anything similar, no carrying my bags 15 meters to the airport bus - nothing. So, I had a feeling that my husband and me were treated differently (!). We will not stay here next time.”
