This is my third time over the last few years at this Sheraton and I must say despite the lounge and pool being closed I was once again impressed by the staff at the hotel. I look forward to coming back.

We always stay at the Sheraton when in Lima. We love the club level floor with its access to the lounge and snacks and drinks all day long. It has to have the best breakfast in town. Rooms are spacious with great views. Very up-to-date.

Amazing amazing hotel that made my one night in Lima so memorable. The staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel restaurant was closed when i arrived but they sent me complementary food and dessert as a welcome package. The breakfast was great (included for bonvoy elites). Loved my room upgrade of course. I never realized how to empty the jacuzzi tub. Maybe some instructions would be really helpful.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. Everyone at the hotel has been extremely kind and helpful. Any question I had about transportation or where to buy something specific, they either had an answer on hand or worked quickly to find the answer for me. If you do not speak castellano or do not speak it well, there are quite a few people here that speak english very well and they are very kind in taking the time to explain things until I was able to understand some of the details that I couldn't catch in converaation.The room is beautiful and with an amazing view. I will making plans to stay at this hotel again the next tike that I pass through Lima.

Right on the Historic Center, Rooms need to be updated, they all look 30 years old, stayed in the Suite for 2 nights and a regular room for 1 night. Both rooms are outdated

Excellent hotel! Nearby to shopping and great places to eat. Affordable and the amenities and service is wonderful. Located in the center of everything worth getting to know.

Karla was a great front desk agent, she was so kind and gave me her best. Congratulations for your personnel. The 2 stars are because I was disappointed about the hotel, it’s so old, has a bad smell, rooms old. I stayed at the Sheraton in San Diego and London and I was expecting something similar. I won’t recommend to stay in this hotel. Bonvoy Marriott should checked the permanence of this hotel.

Very nice. Great location immediately opposite the palace of justice. We had a junior suite. For the life of Brian, we couldn't find the light switches..... Breakfast was basic but nice. It was included in the room rate so I can't tell if it was value for money. Really good staff.

One of the best hotels in Latin America. Comfy beds, clean and safe. Food is pretty good, my favorite is the grill veggies with peanut cream! Good options for vegetarians and vegans. Average buffet breakfast. Really close to every touristic point in Lima.

Lima is so busy, and traffic is terrible. Nice to stay in a hotel that is both comfortable and restful. Easy walk to nearby parks, and shopping centre right next door. Good food in the restaurant...
