“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Breakfast was amazing! Room was always nice and clean. Laundry service was great as well! Really appreciated Irem’s help - she was able to check me in super early (9 in the morning) (I sent an email a day prior), she is very knowledgeable and always eager to help. “My friend stayed in this hotel during our most recent visit to Istanbul, and it was one of the most remarkable experiences we have had so far. I visited my friend in this hotel; during our visit, we forgot our baby girl clothes on the sidewalk near the hotel lobby where we parked our car. My friend and I reached out to the hotel staff about our lost items they were very responsive. The hotel staff was highly cooperative, especially their guest relations manager Ms. Esra is an amazing person. Ms. Esra was helpful and went above and beyond to locate our belongings and bring them back to my friend's room. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Istanbul.”
